Maryland Riders -- Law Changes
A couple of changes to laws affecting Maryland motorcyclists that riders from the "Free State" might find interesting.
I had the opportunity to see how Maryland ABATE acquired sponsorship and lobbied for these changes. Too, they worked with MD State Police to get them on board.
