Just got done installing the Kuryakyn Hidden Horns, and am extremly pleased. Since I have a custom cow bell, didn't want to use air horns that would require me to not use the cow bell. The horns arereally loud!! I know that Howards horns and others may be a bit louder, but keeping the cow bell was important to me. Installation wasn't too bad, and the results were more than I expected.
Got them off e-bay from American Motor classics. Price was better than anywhere else, and shipping was free. Only negative thing was it took about two weeks for them to arrive. Guess the free shipping was by pack mule. Other than that, it was a good dea.
I'm jumping into a set of these also. I'd like to know a) how hard to install and b) best price you could find. I want to get rid of my stock horn altogether and these seem like a great idea. Some pics after the install would be awesome.
I'll get some pics and video soon. got them off of e-bay at american motor classics for $126 including freight. Took my time laying the wire under the seat and around the battery box. It wasn't too bad to wire, just took my time to ensure the wires didn't rub and were properly tied off. the kit comes with extra plastic guards (tubing) to ensure the wires don't rub against anything. the harness was more than adequate in length, and i stuffed the extra length and the relay in the frame cavity just in front of the battery.
