How do you Open The Hard Bags!!!
Man, this is crazy... new hard bags delivered to my door... well almost new.Missed getting them for last weekend... How in the world do you unlatch these things... I just a leather bag guy... But looking at all your pics made me jump at a good deal on bags that were just my color... Do I need a degree in engineering????

I'll pretend you are.
Lift the latch all of the way up. Push the lid to the 'inside' of the bag. Lift the lid towards you.
Reverse the process to close them.
Not trying to be a smart-*** here...but if you really had to come to a computer to get this answer...I'm not sure you should be on a bike.

I know it's pathetic!!! I've opened the latch side and done the flip it towards me thing... but it's stuck on one side closest to the bike... [&o][&o][&o][&o]

I think I know what you are going through. When I have my bags off of the bike, they are a bi*ch to open. But when they are on the bike, no problem. I haven't taken the time to figure out why that is.

That's got to be the problem... I really hope I'm not as pathetic as it sounds... Thanks for the comforting words. I've opened them at the dealer not problem... but I'll be darned if I can get them open off the bike![:@]
