The inlay is Ostrich, I paid a little over $200 for it of ebay and yes its comfy. I think it looks bitchin.....gotta love ebay!

Looks good. That seat is really cool. And it is amazing how many times I look at a bagger and don't realize that the crash bars are removed unless it is pointed out.[&:]
