I am getting ready to buy a zumo 550 and have found a online site that has a good price, review and i feel comfortable with, www.buydig.com the question is weather or not to get the 3 year extended Mack Warranty?
I have read thatmack can be a pain in the a$$ deal with.
Dose any one have experiences with them ?
I bought mine from PCNation.com as well. I don't know about the extended warranty, but I do know Garmin takes care of their products and customers. My bike cradle died so I call Garmin. They were out of stock, but told me they would ship it out overnight at no charge when they got them in stock. They shipped it the day they said they would and I got it the following day. You can't beat that!!!!
