I am looking at replacing the fairing mounted mirrors with the Kuryakan mirrors that mount to the chrome trim below the windshield. Anyone have these mirrors and how do you like them. Any ideas for plugging the holes?
Lowes sells little black plastic plugs that will fill the holes in the fairing. They are an exact color match and come in different sizes. Very cheap fix.....
2 of us had them for about a week and got rid of them.. I just got used to using my fairing mount ones, and my friend went with handlebar ones..
Here is another alternative for replacement fairing mounts..
Someone told me that they mount on the top edge of the inner fairing?? I don't see that,, but I don't have a set to try.. I don't see why you couldn't mount them anywhere on your fairing you wanted..
You can also push your fairing mounted ones out further.. and put tweeters in the holes, and or plugs etc.
