Couple of questions:
Anyone ever use chrome washers on the outside of Tour Paks (under the luggage rack mounting posts)? I have heard from Wing riders that this trick disperses weight more evenly and avoids cracking of the pak lid
Also, anyone ever use or know of a neat way to install a "netting" (like a cagro net, but smaller mesh) on the underside of the pak lid to keep gloves, caps, etc. in?

Gawd, NO...don;t take it out (same reason I don't want to remove the rack until I determine the bolt size!)
Think I'll go with a plain, chrome 1.5" OD washer they have at True Value hardware...and use a galvanized on the inner lid.
