I would recommend the WO575s. I have heard several people complain about the wrist angle on the pull back bars. The WO575s are taller and further back, hence more comfortable. You can use the stock cables with them. The brake line needs a little bending and straightening, and the clutch cable has to be routed outside the fairing, but those are the only changes to the stock stuff. Do a search and you will find lots of discussion about the WO575s and other handlebars.
I've got the pull-back bars on my bike. But it came that way from when my dad had it before me, so don't know how the original bars were for sure. I do like these bars though, I like the relatively straight-up seating position and relaxed arms as I ride.
