I have the SE 80491-07's on my 08 EG. Nice tone at speed without being obnoxious but bark rather nicely when you twist it. They are louder than stock and have removable baffles which makes baffle mods easy if needed. I have also added the XIEDs from Mullen LLC. They also add some deeper tone cause of the richer AFR.
The 80491-07 are performance slip ons, quite similar in some respects to the old SE II's
Screamin' EagleÂŽ Street Performance Slip-On Mufflers - One Piece - Slash Down New Street Performance Touring mufflers combine aggressive sound quality with aggressive performance results. High flow internal design produces performance you can feel, comparable to Screamin' EagleÂŽ II race-use mufflers. Street legal, these chrome-plated mufflers feature a new ballistic-shape inlet and a deep embossed Screamin' EagleÂŽ signature script. Street legal on stock displacement engines. Patent pending.
I find them to be perfect. Any louder and I would not be happy. I had the SE II's on my Wide Glide and they were too loud for my tastes. I will say that the similarity in the quality of the sound of the SE II's is striking, just not as loud.
