My wife and I did out first long trip last December. Did 2800 miles from Washington to Arizona and back.
I didn't know what to expect from spending 24/7 with my wife for 8 days. What I found was it brought us very close . . . literally. It is a wonderful way to spend time together. Made our relationship even stronger even after being married 25 years. Great experience.

I really think it will be fun and thanks. I hope the weather agrees! We are planning touse the 10th threw the 15th for the entire trip there and back. Should give us plenty of time but it's ok we are in no hurry. The ride is the vacation, what we do there is just a bonus!
Dont know if it's there anymore or not, but back in 74 my wife and I toured there and saw the Black Hills Passion Play. (outdoors, somewhere in the hills) an incredible presentation and it is known all over. I don't know that they do it every year.
