J&M Headset in Nolan Helmet problems
Com'on ,,,,, you just e-mailed me a little while ago ,,,,,,, you are starting to sound like a "gold-whiner" .......
first you insult me by saying I care only about profits for J&M ,,, that is wrong, I have been doing this for 30 years now and I care about a lot of things besides just profit ,,,,,,,
then you rag on about my JERK manager ,,,,, and how his attitude was bad ,,,,,,,
then you tell people that the Harley headset sounds better than a J&M ,,,, are you for real !?!?!?! ,,,,,,,
stop being so stubborn ,,,,, send me your helmet like I asked you to, and I will repair or replace anything that is wrong along with GIVING you a new -HO J&M mike for your Harley system ,,,,,,,
if that is not acceptable , then you can just go on sounding off here on this board ,,,, I don't know what else to say ,,,,,,,

I'm only being stubborn to the point that I wont pay return shipping.
I bought your best headset not your basic headset so I guess I was just looking for much better sound. I didn't feel I got that. I tried to return it after2 weeks. Your company would not take it back because it smelled like smoke.
I said here in my last post that if you would send me the upgraded microphone I'd call it a fair deal. I'm holding out the olive branch and you start calling me a "gold-whiner". Nice.

have delt with John for Electronics and Rifles.
Both have been top shelf.
Service both from the Staff and Joh personally has been nothing but excellent.
Heck, I'll pay to ship the helmet back, just to get this resolved.
We have worn Nolan helments for quite a while, and had both John's Headset and the Nolan N Com.
Would have to say we would buy John' sagain, as opposed to Nolan.
Just our thoughts.
