How do you get the sticker? I've been going around in circles on the website.
You get it at the actual gate, just have your card (you might need the placard too) and ask when you get there....That's why I don't know what size it is.
South Dakota state parks have motorcycle specific park passes that attach to the handlebars and can be cutoff when no longer needed. Maybe the national parks have these too?
I've battled with a similar issue - I have a stupid sticker for parking on the university campus where my office is located. I have not made a permanent fix yet but I've seen several posts that suggest searching the forum for DoD (Dept of Defense) stickers (or passes). Here's a decent link with several ideas. Let me know what you do - I might adapt your idea for my sticker.
Thinking of a thin but stiff piece of Plastic and stiking it out of the fairing on the front of the windshield. (using one of the windshield bolts to keep it in)
It needs to be visible in the upper area of the bike I would guess. Still thinking on it...
