There are alot of other models witht the same engine, so they all must have problems ??? Get your self an extended warranty and RIDE! 2k and no complaints. I love this bike more every time ride it.

Only 2 problems with the 08 Ultra. They are neater than the 07 and Not as neat as the 09 will be. Haha

I have a 08 EG classic . Have it two weeks, took it from NY to Myrtle Beach. 2700 miles on it.
I just love it. One problem is a high idle on some startups. Have to cycle the ignition switch five or so times.
Will have to figure it out.

I just passed 6000 miles with not one problem. I did the 103" stage 2 kit at 4000 miles.
I don't even have the brake squeal. Now that the weather is good, maybe I can quit adding upgrades. I've turned it into an 103" Ultra from a Classic. It is undoubtably the best, and nicest riding, bike I've ever owned.

I have a little over 9,100 trouble free miles on my Ultra and all I can say is sweet. Like all Ultraâs of this vantage it seemed to put out the heat, but a Stage 1, dyno, true duals, and V&H Ovals really cooled it down. Now if Harly would only come out with some pull back bars, it would be perfect. PS: The ABS work great.
