Not much of an option for Me to Go off with whats givin. We called Zippers and asked, Pretty Much told Us to "poke and Hope".. Not the answer We were looking for. Especially for spending that Kinda cash from them, Very dissapointed[:@].
Heres the Set Up
07 SG
107"
Woods ,650 cams
103+ Heads Worked over by Mega Flo
50 mm HD Manifold
V&H Big radius.
I forget the Compression and Valve size..( Jim @ Mega Flo is calling Me tomorrow with the Build Specs)
Just wondering if anyone had anything close to this and what base/Curve You used .
I have used map #359 on 107 builds and it works great and tunes in nicely when using a 2 into 1 pipe. Since you are using V&H then you may want to look at maps 328 & 410 respectively.
cut your losses and get a REAL tuner. i can't understand why people keep buying this thundercrap. junk. get the protuner or whatever TTs comes out with and get it dynotuned correctly. you people will spend thousands on a build and pennies on a tune..............i fail to understand, but it seems to be the majority of the thinking these days.
As it seems most people on this forum do, when I see a post that Iwill respond to, I try to offer encouragement and help to the question posted.
As for the ThunderMax, you can get close with a base map and tinker with it to get dialed in, but as another option, you can find a tuner that knows the Tmax and he can put it ona dyno and tune it just like a Dyno Jet or a Harley SERT.

Welp, I wasn't looking for sarcasm, Just some Info...[8D]
This Is My First Bike Build, I've Built Many Pro Show Trucks Before that crank well over 600hp naturally, Butr I found out this Bike thing is a whole different ballgame.LOL...
And Yes, There is a Tuner 20 miles from Me that can Tune the Tmax Just like a Dyno jet. But is Booked solid for weeks.. Halfway through the summer, It's going to Be tuned in on the Dyno, Just want to get it broke in first...
The T-Max is actually an easy tuner to tinker with once you look at it. I love mine...now. I had a problem withpopping during decel and swore it had to be the tuner. Even harley will tell you TD's (rinehart) will almost always have some popping. Anyway, Zippers was very helpful and even emailed maps and instructions. A couple mods to the map and my bike runs sweet. Hate the tuner all you want, but it works sweet and I don't have to drop a small furtune on tunes everytime I decide to add a mod.
Sorry if I wasn't too clear on my reply. I too have a ThunderMax and think it is great. It's just that I'm not the type to try to tweek it myself. I went to a local dyno guy that knows the Tmax and had it tweeked.
