Exhaust flange torque for an FL??

I just swiched pipe from a Rinehart Trye Dual to a Vance & Hines pipe. The instructions for my Rineharts said to torque the exhaust flang nuts to 15lbs. The new V&H pipes I started installing tonight said "see Manual" So I checked my manual and it stated 120 in-lbs. What the deal? why is rinehart want so much more? Or am I reading my manual wrong?

you're reading the manual right. maybe rinehart was afraid their pipes rumble so much they might fall off if they didn't get extra tightening.

I went for the Big Radius in chrome,put them on tonight, I know, I know, the preformance is gonna suffer but dam they look sexy on the Custom. I'll have pics tromorrow.
