Yes, if you were adding just the slip ons I'd say no, but since you are adding the high flow you will need a fuel management system. I have the VH Fuelpak nd it works well for me and is easy to install and program.

To begin with, the newer bikes are set to run lean for smog purposes Adding a high flow exhaust and air cleaner will increase the air flow and increase your bikes lean condition. This condition can be fixed at the dealership (if yours is still doing this) with a download to match your upgrades. If not, the Vance & Hines FuelPaK is an easy install and you may be able to work a deal with the new V&H pipes. You can also spend a bit more money for the Power Commander or the HD Race Tuner.

you might want to check out this site www.knightrider.com a lot of members here on this forum have purchased this in-line product that seems to work well with the minor mods that you are doing to your motorcycle.
