I have reading about 2>1 pipes here for a while and deicided to go with a Bassani Road Rage. It sounds freakin awesome, nice growl while on the hammer, but mellow enough I can hear my radio perfectly at cruising speeds. I also decided to replace the cam cover, trap door cover and tranny top cap with black while I had the pipes off. Let me know what you think.
I'm almost done blacking out my king. I decided to stick with the chrome passing lamps because I also use them as mirrors to keep an eye on cars next to me, but I blacked out the trim rings.
Medicfrost- Very cool ride. Is that exhaust wrap on the engine guard and bag guard rails? Looks cool and is a lot easier (no downtime) to getting them powdercoated.
I did my Softail a few years ago (before it was so popular) and I really enjoy it. Cleaning is so simple.
On a different note I snapped some pictures ofa bike while in Myrtle the "Blacked" out their bike with a dark silver, cool looking for sure. I'll post a few pictures of it.
