You can order them from a 20% off list price dealer like Zanotti's. The vented will come with the glove boxes; the unvented won't come with the glove boxes. They're available in primer at a very heavy discount.
Be very sure that the seller is including all of the mounting hardware when buying used lowers; ditto on any damage.
Frankly, unless the price is extremely good, it's hard to beat ordering new ones from Zanotti's, Chicago HD, etc.
