I had a 2001 Goldwing. Sold it because it had some mechanical problems that dealer couldn't/wouldn't fix. Not sorry I made the
move to HD, although judging by the comments in the forum
HD dealers can be similar. Fortunately Ilucked on to a good one but opinions vary.
11 years.....nigh on ta 200k on 'em. Loved the 1500, found the 1800 ta be disappointin' an' unacceptable from a safety standpoint. Rather than sit around an' gripe, ah sold it an' bought our '07 UC. Ain't looked back....
White Knight 04, you gave me the words for the 1600 Vulcan Classic that I rode... I could never quite figure out the problem but it always felt like it was going to tip over... when I tested the FLHRC I was thrilled! Top heavy-- that's the deal on the Kawai-- amazing they could not get the balance correct. Ride Safe and thanks.
