I agree with checking voltage drop. However, it takes amps to crank a starter, not volts. Voltage drop will tell you if the battery can handle the damand, but not what the problem is.
There's a right way and a wrong way to charge a new battery, so the new battery can be bad. Since you have a jump box, remove the battery completely and hook the jump box up to the positive and negative batter cables. If it worked directly at the starter but through the cables you have your problem.
I had this problem with an 06 Utlra. Intermittent problem. Found to be the crimpon the battery cable at theframe. Replaced cable and haven't had a problem since.
