Your main problem is that your bike is a "she". That's why the Navy never names their ships after women.
Seriously, it sounds like a connection problem, full battery voltage is not getting to the starter drive.Have you had any of the wiring loose lately? Make sure every connectionis clean and tight, including grounds. A bike that new shouldn't have internal starter issues, but it's not unheard of.
If you have a volt meter, check to see if the battery measures at least 13.2 volts. If not, connect a small battery charger and charge for a couple of hours. Remove the charger and check voltage again. If it measures 13.2 volts and holds there for a few minutes (with everything turned off) the battery is good.
I'm sure more good ideas will follow this post. It ain't rocket science. It works just like any other vehicle with a starter.
Safety first! Make sure "she" is in neutral before messing with anything.

CHeck all your main grounds and cables from the battery to the starter. I had this happen and the soldered connection ground was loose from corrosion. First check all your grounds

You sure the battery's good? If connections all good and it starts w/box could it be a bad battery? Did you charge it as jimdeere suggested. And BTW I understand your frustrated but take it easy on the CAPS!

New battery? What brand battery is it? I bought one from Walmart, fully charged it properly, and would not turn over my Evo. Starter solenoid would click a lot while trying to fire it up. Also had it jumped from my truck battery, and on a 2 amp charger..... still would not turn it over, unless I would rev up the truck motor. Bought an HD battery, and fires up everytime now. Just something to think about.

Take a volt meter and check power at the starter lug (where it goes from the sol. into the starter housing)while pressing the start button. You are checking for voltage drop, shouldnt be more than 1/2v diff max than at the battery. Although the connections are tight you said, there may be corrosion inside the cable end/connector or it may be the starter solenoid is causing resistance.
If there is a difference, disconnect the starter cable and take another reading. If its the same, its between that point and the battery, start working your way back through the cables/relay to the battery connection, if its good, then your problem is with the starter/solenoid

Thats pretty weird. Bike is only 2 years old too. It sounds like something minor is not lettiing the full power of the battery do its thing. Start with sanding off the connecting areas of the battery wires and posts with emery board or sand paper. You'd be surprised. Thats why I have heard of some folks who cover their battery connection with vaseline once they are connected up and tightened down. Either that or they want to be prepared next time they stop at a road side rest area.

If you can jump start it by connecting directly to the battery, then you either have a bad battery or bad battery connections. Check the battery as stated by earlier posts.
