Too good, show me!!! I have the same stuff and not nearly so good...
If mine was even close to that, my performance would have been good enough, but it wasn't so I went stage IV...
Now I'm at 117hp and 111tq dyno tuned at 1000 mile break-in just completed. Runs strong but no 255's down at the 2K to 3500 RPM as before. It does rip from 4K or so and it then pulls harder than 255's pull anywhere in their strongest rpm's... I will have my wife scan it into our network and then I will post mine...
Mike's Famous had a Dr. Dyno Day a while back, with a deal on part's if you had Dr. Dyno tune your bike. Well, I've been looking for alittle more oomph, so I had the Dr. do a baseline on stock - 69.55hp and 86.48 torque. After having Mike's install the new SE muffler's and the SE air cleaner element, I had the Dr. install a power commander V and tune the bike - 79.15 hp and 94.15 torque. Needless to say, I'm not unhappy. Now I'm shopping to cool the head heat down. I can hang a piece of bacon on my wife's calf and its well done when we get where were going. Yum, but not a happy wife. Has anyone done what it takes to mitigate this issue?
yes easiest way to cool it down is to remove the lowers.

Removing lowers does not cool the heads. Lowers are specifically designed to funnel air at engine. Engine will be cooler with lowers in place, you, on the other hand may not be....

I have data to prove otherwise. I have a head temp gauge and also a IR thermometer that shows head and cylinder temps lower with lowers removed. Cool thing (pun intended) is it is easy to check as it only takes a few minutes to remove or replace the lowers.
Just got my bike back from first service and a dyno. CF: SAE Smoothing:5 84.10hp........ 106.71tq........ Was hoping for a little higher hp but bike seems to run strong.
I don't have my car yet, but it will be dynoed for baseline numbers as soon as the break-in is completed. I love these kinds of threads though so I will get it started. Please post in this format below. I will edit the first post of the thread so everyone can see their numbers compared to others. Also, please include the dyno chart in the post if possible.
