I rode home on my 2010 FLHTK after I had a Fuel-Moto 117" sport motor installed. Insane power!!! The rear tire is bald so I didn't rip on it too bad,but O.M.G. man, that ride was almost as fun as getting laid by hot twin sisters! The Power-Vision is a must have in my book,it's nice to see what gear you are in, engine temperature,etc...the list goes on what you can do with it.I had the F.M. 107" before. I put 12,000 miles on it and it ran great.I will post after I install the new rear tire(in progress).Ride safe.
Coughs on take off so have to take it back for more tuning but this is what I have and all I can say is its scary in first gear. It pulls the front wheel with me but with my son that weighs 30 lbs lighter just cracking it from a roll it spins the back tire with him. I couldn't imagine having more power.
the bottom line is when it was a 96 CI with 555 cams

Reason: forgot the red line.
147Hp/148Tq: finished up Pat's custom Fuel Moto hi output 117 build. This motor was set up at 11.5 comp, Wood TW-9BG gear drive cams, FM/Gary Williams hybrid heads, 58MM TB, Jackpot 2/1 exhaust, dyno tuned with Dynojet Power Vision. This fully specd motor is an extremely strong runner, 120+ torque from 2300-6300 RPM.
Look up the video on YouTube. Bike went a 10.96. Still extremely quick for a RK but definitely not a low 10. If Goerge would work on the launch and putting the power to the ground, then he might get a low ten. That bike is very heavy. I would love to put that engine in a FX frame with a Buell front-end to see what it would do. Should run a high 8 in that chassis. Engine makes 200HP. Wow.
Who said low "low 10" ... I said mid-10. Sorry, but I have slept since June of 2012.
Now that "we" are splitting hairs", it was a 10.91 "definitely not a" 10.96 ... !
For a Harley touring, bagger it was a pretty damn badass pass was my initial point.
Welp, my little 2006 Road King custom was just dyno'ed with Max Torque=107.21, Max Power=100.08. Not bad for an original 88. She's had 26k original miles before the upgrade.
Just got my bike back from a second tune at a different dealer. The first tune came out at 80hp and 103 tq. My bike has the 103 bb kit cnc pro port heads se255 cams and cam plate on the first tune it had Vance & hines big shots. I decided to put MGS true duals on and have tuned by someone else due to the original tuner not liking the fact that I built the motor and telling me the 80hp is all it had. I put the new pipes on and took the bike to Bowling Green HD told them what was in the bike but didnt tell them the other tune results till today. They called the bike was done made 99.75hp and 118.45 ftlbs tq. Needless to say I am happy. My question is the first tune had sae smoothing the new sheet says std smoothing. Whats the difference?
Well, Std v. SAE smoothing has to do with correcting for atmospheric conditions. In general, SAE is typically considered the best for comparing tunes between different Dyno's. With regards to your numbers, Std is approx. 3% higher than SAE numbers.
(That's the short version; I'm sure someone else will explain in greater detail.)
