Just spoke with the service manager at my dealership. He says my injectors came in today and the bike will be ready by noon Sat.
He told me they would put it on the dyno to check A/F ratio. I'll be riding it home to check it out, about 70 miles.
First, thanks for the insight on my SERT question. I've studied all the info on the injector stuff and while I can make anything out of wood, I'm not a technician or a mechanic. So help me out here, please. I just bought an '06 EGC. I had the following mods done by the dealer before I picked it up:
The bike has less than 500 miles on it and I've been meticulous about following the break in procedures. I've not had a cold start problem even at 30 degrees. In the last couple of weeks, it has stalled when taking off from a standing start with the engine fully warmed up.
Here's the questions. Given what I've seen on the Forum, and what I've provided here, is there anything I need to suggest to the dealer when I take it in for the 1K mile service. Of course, if I have any unusual problems before the 1K, it will be back to the dealer. I printed the Injector bulletin and will take that with me if any of you feel that would be advantageous.
