Default Feuling Customer Service

Have had sump probs creating blow-by since I did my build almost 1 year ago.
Couldn't find anything wrong with the motor.
Called Feuling...they told me send my oil pump & cam plate in and they'd check it.
Feuling received my pump & plate yesterday (Wednesday) and have already checked it out and shipped it back today (Thursday).

Sine I bought my oil pump Feuling has upgraded their sub-seal assembly. It was held into the oil pump via an o-ring.
It is now a press fit (interference fit).

Anyway, they called today before shipping it to let me know what they found.
Cam platewas bench tested and isworking fine.
Oil pump wasn't sealing to the scavenge port because of the o-ring fit. It should seal fine now with the updated sub-seal. They could tell it wasn't sealing because there were no wear marks on the original sub-seal.
They installed new gears (gerotors).
Checked tolerances.
Boxed everything up and shipped it back. I should receive it mid-week, next week.

All of this was a grand total of.....NO CHARGE!

I paid shipping to Feuling, that's all.

Kudo's to Luke & all the guys at Feuling!
