cracked indicator and windshield

cracked indicator and windshield
Hi folks,
Went for a memorial weekend ride on my RKCand when I returned, I noticed my right hand blinker indicator has several small cracks on and around the symbol. The bike is an 08 and only has 3,000 miles on it.
Is this something anyone else has had a problem with? Perhaps some of you dont pay attention to it, but I have to tell you, ever time I use my blinker and I see the cracks, I get angry.
I am hoping this is under warranty. I also had more problems too. My windshield cracked behind the horizontal support around the machined hole for the bolt. Even if I complained that the windshield had a defect, I asume Harley would give me some generic line that they don't cover windshield damage even though it clearly looks to have had the problem since new. It just got worse over time to the point that it traveled out from under the frame.
Just kinda bummed out right now.
