Error codes from the Cruise Control?

Error codes from the Cruise Control?
I've got an '04 Ultra and the cruise control has been acting up lately. The cruise would shut down while at speed and the light on tach would stay green. Just recently the light in the tach blinked 121 at start up. Any ideas on what this is? Oh yeah, I'm a new guy to the forum so your patience would be appreciated. And I did search for this but came up empty handed. Thanks for the help.
