Looking into a set of Frog Toggs for an upcoming trip. They seem to sell a variety of styles etc. So what are ya'll using and how does it perform?

After a 5000 mile trip to the southwest, I used the Frog Togs 3 times and they kept me warm and dry every time. They are easy to stash as they compress very well. Money well spent.

Wehave The road toads, but I noticed they have other motorcycle suits now. the model you buy may depend on what you can find. they are great rain suits. one thing you will notice is they breath so well you may think they are leaking but its just the rain cooled air getting thru.

Spent 8 hours in them recently in light rain to downpours. They don't take up much space,, they're lightweight,,however,,they (mine anyway) dont have any way to tighten around the neck, thus i got a little wet from rain dripping off the helmet down inside via the neck. Only other complaint was that the legs seem to ride up high when you sit down. So high in my case that the overboots were useless (they were only waterproof to a certain point) Otherwise they work pretty well for the money IMHO

Mine have worked great. They are not too stylish, but they keep you relatively dry, store easily b/c they compress easily, and they're about the most inexpensive rain gear out there. I have occasionally put them under myjacket and pantsto cut the wind; they will keep you much warmer like this in a pinch.

They work great, but wear easily and melt quickly if you get them anywhere near your pipe.

Exactly what he said. But I also found that they like to parachute up at highway speeds, kinda makes you feel like the boy in the frogg togg bubble
