The 140 will look better and handle better also. I put a 150 on mine and it looks ballooned out with the stock rim. The narrow rim gives it a smaller contact patch. That is just my opinion
I was thinking about chaning mine as well, so this thread is timely. Have 7800 miles on my original stock rubber, and have always gone with the Metz on previous rides and this will be a repeat of the past. 140 it is. thanks.

Your original tire is an MU 85 which is wider than a 140. I just had a Metzler MU 85 put on my '07 Streetglide and it measures wider than the Metzler 140 on my Fatboy. And yeah a 150 will fit but is load rated for less GVW.
JUst bought a Metzler MU 85B 16 tire for the back of my 08 STandard and it was like a 130 90 16 Metzler for the front.
Metzler come up with the new MU tire about a month ago.
