weird noise now and then??
I hope im not driving everyone crazy asking so many ?s,but seem to get good advise here,ever since I put on the RH TDs I get a sound like a chirping,kinda sounds like the tweeter sound from an old VW Beetle,I can just pull the clutch and rev it and it goes away?? anyone heard something like this?

+1 on the belt drive. I heard it for like a month....Then low and behold the drive belt let go.......$800.00 later I am back on the road. Get the drive belt checked out. Most likely its loose. Fix it now for cheap or pay the $800.00 later.

I have the same thing, I only notice it when on concrete when on tar I don't notice it (am I the only one noticing that?).

Mine does it more at an idle at a stop light and not so much during movement. I would hope that my bike with 900 miles on it isnt having a belt issue. The noise I have came when the pipes were changed. Sounds like a chirp and more of an exhaust leak than a rubbing sound.

Well im glad im not the only one hearing this,I will ck the belt,but Im pretty sure I have heard it at a stop? for sure on decel after I pull in the clutch,but strangely,I hear it every time I cross the interstate bridge??? so maby it is something to do with the belt,it does sound like its the left side,I tried to take the baffle out to see if it was coming apart,but could'nt get it out, I read somewhere about someone manually locking a valve open,I cant find it again,is it possible for the auto compression release to cause this sound?
