You need to keep the bike away from the dealer until you have it checked out!!!!

If the dealership did something to the bike that led to the wreck, you won't be waiting very long for a new ride.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;You should get to choose any bike they have, IMHO!&nbsp\\; Also, DO NOT let the dealer that worked on it anywhere near it till the investigation determines the cause of the accident/wobbling.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
Hoping for your speedy and complete recovery,
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
John

Sorry to hear this, I hope you get well soon, and find a good&nbsp\\;personal injury&nbsp\\;attorney.

Sorry about the mishap.....but....

I've been around the campus a few years myself, and I've been "down" a few times.&nbsp\\; Those times, I have NOT looked elsewhere for "somebody else at fault" to hang it on.

When I ride, I take on full responsibility for what happens.&nbsp\\; If the bike is mechanically screwed up, I need to be knowledgeable enough to sense something's wrong, and deal with it.

Hope things work out good for you, but I don't agree that whenever things go wrong, the first priority is to start looking for someone else to blame.
