Harley baggers are known to wobble in turns at high speed and with the wind blowing. I had the same problem but was able to stop. You may want to install a trutrack. They work.
Dude, I'm sorry to hear about your accident, I know when I had mine in '07 I still don't remember alot about it. \\;\\\\\\; Hang in there and demand to know exactly what the dealer did that may have contributed to the wobble, they just might be liable. \\;\\\\\\; Good Luck!!!!!!!

As usual, everyone blames the dealerships. That is pure simple-minded BS \\;
Glad to hear you are going to recover. I know I would like to know what happened if I went down. Whether it was something I did or shotty workmanship. I left a cotter pin out of a customers ball joint on their Pontiac. Car came back on the hook. Thank God there was no accident! I always double check my work and ALL techs should be able to learn from theres mistakes too.
Thanks to everyone who contributed kind words, thoughts and prayers. I will be headed to Stanford Tuesday for elbow reconstruction... YIKES!!
I also want to respond to a few comments that claimed simple-mindedness or blames shifting. I have been riding for 20 years, this isn't my first time down either. I will tell you, I take full responsibility for my riding and know it is not an "if" but "when". That said, it was in fact ironic that my bike had its 5k service shortly before the crash. I am not looking to make a case here. I am super f**kin bummed about my bike and wanna heal and move forward. None of us are impervious to error, them, me, even you. I will always be an HD faithful and accept my two wheeled fate. I will submit, that if you had notable mechanical issues with any of your vehicles after a maintenance or service, the thought would cross your mind too!
Anyway, its good to hear from all of you. Again, I very much appreciate the well wishing. I am just a hardworking man, I love my lady and I love my Harley, bet you can all get with that!
Glad to hear you're still "sucking air" and here's wishing you a speedy recovery.
As far as it being the dealers fault or not ... service departments are not machines, they're people. And as long as you're dealing with people, mistakes CAN be made. I had a friend that had the tires on her car rotated (at a reputable, nationwide service center) as well as a few other things. She made it about 5 miles, and a wheel fell off. Seems they had forgotten to tighten the lug nuts on one wheel. HUMAN ERROR! It happens ...
See IF you can find out what happened, and go from there ...
