01 ultra cruise control problem
I got an 01 ultra and the cruise worked just fine when i got it. \\;\\\\\\; The front brakes were very spongy and wouldn't hold so bled them one day. \\;\\\\\\; From then on cruise wouldn't work very often. \\;\\\\\\; The red cruise light for the on button always comes on and has power there. \\;\\\\\\; But \\;\\\\\\;the green one for the speedo won't come on or engage the cruise. \\;\\\\\\; Only way i could get it to work from time to time was turn ignition on and off and sometimes i would get lucky and it would work. \\;\\\\\\; Once it works once works the rest of the time until i shut off ignition then just luck of the draw if it works again. \\;\\\\\\; The brake lights are not on so not that.

Just not sure if there is a sensor by the brake lever sensor in there that may have gotten stuck in or something and making it think that the brakes are on or something. \\;\\\\\\; Hopefully someone knows what to check or mess with there. \\;\\\\\\;

90% of the time on the older bikes it's the roll off switch. It's in the throttle cable up by the neck just before it \\;runs in under the tank. disconnect the roll off switch and I bet it works fine!
