V&H pro pipe
 \\;\\\\\\;thinking about changing from rinehart true duals to a V&\\;\\\\\\;H pro pipe on my 07 SG. if anyone has a a pro pipe....what do you think about it. does it have a nice deep tone? how loud is it? \\;\\\\\\;wondering if it can be \\;\\\\\\;halfway quiet when needed but want some some when twisting the throttle. \\;any pics posted would be appreciated.  \\;thanks

find someone with Bub 7 true duals. Sounds like what you might be looking for. They are very deep and can be somewhat tame until you twist on the throttle. Then they come to life.

I have a Pro Pipe on my 01 Ultra and a lot of my club bros say they love how it sounds. I can hear my radio just fine, even cruising along at 70+ on the hiway. At night I roll into the neighborhood without waking everyone, but when I grab a handfull of throttle, it'll bark. Another plus is a major improvement in torque going to Pro Pipe from true duals. I picked up 12 hp and 11 lbft of tq.

Have the V&\\;H 2-1's on my Dyna. Big difference in torque, especially at lower rpm's. Sound great (low rumble) and are pretty quiet \\;if you lay off the throttle. \\;Getting a Road King this month &\\; will put them on it, too.

I get a lot of comments about the nice rumble. It seems pretty loud when you punch it. I repacked it after 6 or 8 thousand miles which softend the sharp painful (to me) bark it had developed.

I have v&\\;h big shot duals, but recently saw a sg with the pro pipe and it looks great, never heard it run though. You can't go wrong with vance and hines.

i really like the way my rineharts sound but im looking for an increase in hp and torque. being able to hear the radio at 70mph + was also a concern i had. im gonna try to find a bike local with this pipe so i can hear it first hand....but it sounds like i mite have a set of rinehart true duals for sale in the future. thanks for your input.
