Kuryakyn Crusher Slip ons HELP
Just put these on a 2007 Street Glide and discovered I need to install a supplied baffle plate to completely block off the left muffler otherwise it draws in cold air and screws up the O2 sensors. There are no instructions on how to install the plate and I'm hoping someone here has some experience.
I tried it without the plate and the bike ,which always ran great, ran crappy, surging, sputtering and cutting out the dash lights!

Not trying to be a smart a$$, but you should contact Kuryakn, they should be able to provide you with some instructions. \\; BTW, post your finding here so others learn as well.

wait- slip on mufflers are causing your dash lights to flicker?

sorry dude- but ive never heard of 'blocking off' a slip on muffler. they should be direct replacement for the stock mufflers.... that is unless youve changed the head pipes too- and didnt reinstall your 02 sensors.

Here is a link to the instructions. \\; They mention blocking the left muffler, but do not tell you how to install the part.

But with the right type of mufflers you will gain some low end as compared to the stock engine.
