Default 2008 Fuel Pump problem numbers
I was just wondering how many people have decent miles on there 08s without any problems. I am off to Laconia in a few days and I plan on taking my Ultra. I have 2500 miles on mine and it is running great.

I had fuel pump problems at 3200mi. Don't wish my experience to anyone. Have a safe and trouble free ride.

Had the problem 90 miles from home. 5K on the 08 FLHX. Rode it home, but was rough.

Crap...I wish there was more positive numbers here. Why the hell isn't there a recall then if they all seem to go in a short amount of time? I have to wait to get stuck?

I wonder if there is a way the dealer could check the pump parts for cracks prior to breaking down? ......... Wishful thinking....

6,500 miles and the only problem is my fuel guage light burned out.
