Folks here have said that since I've gotten products from J&\\;M to test and evaluate, that ah'm biased. \\; They've also blasted J&\\;M's customer service folks. \\; So ah did a li'l test today - called their 800 number to order a replacement cord lower. \\; Customer service guy (name of Jim, John - give him a raise!)
was VERY friendly, took care of my order and we reviewed shippin' options to be sure of gettin' it here by Friday. \\; Bottom line - if all companies did it this way, it'd be a MUCH easier world!

Why didja need a replacement lower cord? \\; Bent/broken \\;pin?????? \\; \\; heheheh \\; \\; It is nice to hear they finally have someone who knows about customer service. \\;

Did they give you a free cord?????????? J/K. Thinking about upgrading to their products for the DCC, just need time to fugure out exactly what I want, more power without distortion, just need to read here when they get the forum fixed..
