Don't need wire extensions. For internal wiring you need throttle sensor pn#32310-08. You will need clutch cable pn#38649-08. Everything else is easy.

Another tip is to put the scoot wheels up on 2x4/2x6 lumber and lean it way over on the jiffy stand when you pull the tranny side cover to replace the cable. This way you won't spill any tranny fluid and won't have to drain. Also need side cover gasket and exhaust gaskets.

Assisted friend (ex HD mechanic) in doing mine and we didn't even have to loosen the exhaust from the heads. We removed the 2 exhaust shields and he had a long shank ball end allen wrench and with a air ratchet we were able to loosen and remove the bolts on the tranny cover without even loosening the exhaust. Removed old clutch cable, installed new one, put new gasket on and buttoned it back up. We did drain the fluid, not concerned about saving it. With manual in hand and a friend around to assist with a couple of things I think it is an easy enough job.
