I just got back from a 1500 mile cycle trip around Nebraska. \\; My bike was consistently recording lower mileage than the other bikes I went with. \\; I mapped out a route using the HOG online map guide that indicated it would be 1500 miles. \\; We stuck to that route, and I came up about 80 miles short, whereas my riding partner hit 1500 exactly. \\; I roughly used mile markers and noticed I was losing at least 1/10 of a mile every ten miles, perhaps more. \\; I have an 07 ultra classic with stock wheels (16 inch I believe). \\; I have the thundermax auto tune and speedo calib set at 42500. \\; Any ideas?

I'm waiting for my thundermax to arrive, but your speedo calib is different from the instructions, you should be at 42450. \\; I'm not sure if it will make any difference, like I said I haven't installed one ye,t only got the pages stuck togrther in the manual.

Mine is at 42,450 as well. \\; That would probably explain it. Where did you guys go?

Mistake in the post. \\; I do have it set at 42450, the default for 07 touring with 16 inch wheels. \\; Kurt, we started in your territoryLincoln to Neb City and up 75 all the way to 12 and then west to Chadron, Harrison and then around the entire state, ending in Rulo. \\; Had great fun. There were about 35 riders, male and female. \\; We plan to do it again next year. \\; Some people rode into Wyoming and Colorado as well. \\;

Any suggestions. \\; I checked the computer on the bike and it seems to be set at calibration suggested. \\;
