Drooped my old Roadking after a lady in \\; benz pulled out in front of me too. \\; She did not stop and it was a slow drop that did no damage but I am small guy. \\; Was able to turn around with my back to the bike and "squat" it back up......alone.....folks watchin but not helpin....It was a proud day....
 \\;
Bike was OK no pain.
Been there done that...in front of the Dealer no less years ago. \\; Glad you weren't hurt...and as a previous post said, now it is out of the way...
"Never been dropped, never in the rain" = "I don't ride it...."
hey, it could have been worse. i watched a guy get on his brand new bike that he just paid for and right it straight into the chain link fence at the dealer. now you want to talk about hurting your pride, that was a couple of years ago, and i bet it still hurts him. (and no, it was not me.....)
tried the ride like a pro method untill stuff in my back started popin then after a big hard swallow i went and got the wife.
 \\;
Push more with your legs, by pushing your butt into the seat rather than picking it up your back. \\;I watched a poor soul pick his up 42 times in one day on the first day of motor school. \\;OUCH! \\; \\;
Yup done it too, and Iâve decided that they are not to be called âcrash barâ any longer. The new name for those metal tube thingys is âbottom inspection standsâ so you can see the underside/darkside!
 \\;
Never done this (yet), but I've decided if I ever do to make it look like it was on purpose. Everybody needs to inpect for oil leaks, dead bugs, stuck \\;empty beer cans, etc. under their bike now and then. Laugh and learn!
bought my 08 ultra monday.
 \\;\\\\\\;
checked the bottom for dirt early tuesday morning.
 \\;\\\\\\;
it was, as expected....fairly clean...
 \\;\\\\\\;
and yes, i could NOT pick it back up, but i had bought my wife \\;the RIDE LIKE A PRO video, and she told me to use my legs.
 \\;\\\\\\;
 \\;\\\\\\;
and SHE REMEMBERED ABOUT THE KICKSTAND.
 \\;\\\\\\;
that would have added insult to injury, to just roll it over on the other side....
 \\;\\\\\\;
scratched lowers.
got it out of my system
