well in another thread, someone made the swap after the dyno and things were fine, mentioned another dyno with very minor changes. What I've read is the 06 injectors work or they don't, it's not like at 20K they are going to go out on you. People with injector problems or at least the problems that the CVO injectors fixed had the problem out of the box. If you don't have a problem, besides the lean tune that everyone has not sure that HD will just do it cause you asked. I could be wrong about HD warranty work, but I don't think they do warranty repairs just because someone wants the SE injectors(CVO) installed on their bike. But, if you can pull it off, I say go for it.

Since the MOCO has them in ALL 06s in production since Feb. 13 I'd say they think it is a better way to go and I would want it on my bike, if I had an earlier 06......hdman

It's a no brainer. Get the injectors installed first. The dealer has to put a download in for the injectors. Take care of that then add the SERT and Dyno tune.
I already have the SERT, dyno tune etc. and am getting the injectors installed next week. My bike will have to go back on the dyno after the modification.

Tell your dealer that you are having one of the problems listed in the Injector bullitin
and have them look at it. IF they follow the service bullitin correctly as a minimum
they will change your injectors. And yes I would change my injectors prior to the
Dyno tune.
