Who told you your "crank" or flywheel assembly is out of alignment? \\; How much runout do you have on the pinion shaft? \\; Do you even know or is it more people saying they heard.... and other repeating it? \\; You can easily check the pinion runout runout by removing the nosecone and using a finger type dial indicator. \\; While it's a good idea to weld the crankpin in high horsepower severely run motors, I wouldn't worry about it if it was already assembled and your not running a \\;really hot 110".

If the dealer failed to tell you AND PUT IT IN WRITING that it would void your warranty, then it's on them. If the MOCO doesn't cover it, take the dealer to court.
