how many of you have left their ultra classic stock? just curious. I am fixing to bite the bullet on a 08 ultra. I plan on adding the heat shields by the seat, jaggs oil cooler and some chrome.[sm=yeahsmile.gif]
if it's stock, it's just another Harley. Make it your own man. Every year I've owned a bike for 35 years or so I"ve added something to them all. Gotta love customizing.LOL
Very few leave their bikes stock, if any. \\; This is not to imply that noone likes thier bikes as purchased, just that I cant see anyone never adding anything to make it more your own or more comfortable to you as a rider. \\;
 \\;
If you want to get technical even if its just removing a sticker it is no longer stock and I pulled most of the stickers off my bike within the first week.
I had full intentions of leaving my UC stock. \\; Ride all day in a strong headwind and Stage 1 becomes mandatory. \\; Read this forum for a while and you'll see too many cool mods to resist.

all stock, oops I did shorten the windshield slightly, spend all the bucks just buying the thing and then have to spend more to "customize" it ? I don't think so, besides it looks just fine the way it is.
I got a Black Pearl 08 with 3500 on it. \\; Many mods already done. \\; I am going to sell but have not advertised it. \\; Got about 26K in it, will let go for 22K. \\; Let me know if you are interested. \\; \\;I am in North Al.
Wow. \\; Stock? \\; I didn't realize that was an option! \\; Seriously, when I bought mine I thought it was perfect and couldn't imagine that I'd want to change anything at all. \\; But then the sickness kicked in again...

I'm almost done, I swear! \\;
Shorter windshield, new grips and the floorboard extension. Thats it...but only because I don't have the $$ to do all the stuff I want to do to it. \\; Rides awesome the way it is though!
