After reading several postings here, I bought a super seer helmet. \\; \\;I orderd the helmet \\;on May 10th and used their fitment chart to buy the helmet. \\; I've always worn a large but according to their chart and a conversation with them I ordered a medium\\; needless to say, it was too small. \\;
 \\;
I mailed it back a couple of days later in exchange for a large and was told that it would take a couple of weeks until they had one painted and shipped back. \\; After seeing nothing in the mail I called and was told that it would be delived before I left on vacation on June 21st. \\;
 \\;
It's now July 7th and I'm back from vacation. \\; I called this morning and was told that it would be a couple of weeks until they had it painted and shipped back to me.
 \\;
I don't know about everyone here but, this seems unreasonable. \\; I understand being busy but this seems a little over the top. \\; AND, they've never called or emailed about the delays.
 \\;
So, it may appear that they make a great helmet, \\; but if you order one just make sure that you're not in a hurry. \\;
Ordered mine on May 13 and was told the same BS story about 2 weeks
after numerous emails etc...
It is now July 7, Still No helmet
 \\;
I Think they all need new calendars so they can see what 2 weeks really \\;means \\;
I have one for work and one for personal use.
They have always delivered within the time they provided. Usually 1 to 2 weeks. Sorry for your problem. You might give the owner Mr. Bob Smith a call\\; he is who I always deal with and is usually on top of things.
i purchased a carbon fiber and kevlar helmet from advanced carbon composites. custom fit chat. 2 weeks for order didnt like the fit. they took it back made me another 2 weeks. these helmets are 10 times stronger than fiberglass and weigh in at about 18 ozs! customer service is second to none! 30 day 100% satisfaction. dont know if you can get your $ back but i highly recomend this co.
