I would check here as well. The Quest II is made by Garmin and you can get the exact same unit (without the HD color scheme and the dealerships preloaded inside) but it will be a few hundred less than HD wants. I have dealt with these guys before and they are great. They also have a page on their site that shows the exact screen sizes of all of the GPS unit layed over each other so you can tell just how big it will be. I have always wanted the Quest but the screen is tiny. I don't see myself being able to read it while riding--not that you should anyway........
I may go for the 276C with a RAM mount. The screen is about 4 times the size of the Quest and the 276 is still not that big in overall size. Personally I love GPS and will not do a long trip without one. I still have an OLD Garmin Streetpilot that I use on trips now.

Didn't know Harley sold the Quest 2. Thought they only had the Quest. Anyways, I bought my Quest 2 on ebay last month from dealzusa for $499 and 23.99 USPS Priorty. Had it in 3 days!

The Quest does not have the whole US loaded. The Quest 2 does.

Is it worth it? Well yes if your going to use the Harley Mount to the fairing. There are other Garmin unit that have a larger screen for similar $$. There's also some that have a touch screen. The Quest 2 works just fine for me. But is nowhere near as cool as the one in my Murano and the one in my Dodge Dually has more detail.

I have the Harley mounting Bracket but I can't locate the cradles for the Harley Bracket P/N 92108-05A. Anybody got a cradle that they want to sell?

The harley unit is a Quest, I bought my Quest II off E-bay also. Same guy as above. I use the garmin handlebar mount and it works great on the left side. It didn't come with a disk for the map program, so I e-mailed garmin and they sent me one at no charge.

Bought my Quest 2 for 512.00 including shipping from http://www.buydig.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=GRQUEST2. You can use the POI utility to load the Dealership file. These folks have fast shipping. I use a ram mount with the garmin motorcyle mount works great.

The dealership file can be found at http://www.harleychatgroup.com/

Be careful buying GPS units off Ebay. I had one that Garmin didn't want to warranty. I finally got them to warranty it, but their web site warns against ebay purchases.

www.gpsnow.com sells the Quest II at a great price with free shipping. Great unit. The screen is a little small but waterproof and the entire US at your fingertips makes this a winner.

Has anybody tried the TOM TOM Rider? A freind of mine has the Go700 and it is impressive, I like the 3 D display.
