After over 35 yrs. of riding, I went down with my RG. On my way to work, stopped raining, was early so I decided to go for a cruise on some back road I hadn't explored yet. Came up on this **** on the road and ther was a turned that should have been marked. Ried to slow down, but I just slid into a yard and went down. We both did a nose dive. Whole right side is pretty f***ed up. Just got home from the hospital. Messed up my ankle and shoulder. I cried when I looked at the RG. It's alot worse than I am. Gonna take pics and try to post them. Tomorrow call the insurance co. and the local Harley shop. \\;
Glad to hear your not in worse shape. \\; The bike can be fixed...people are harder to fix.
 \\;
Heal up fast...Think of fixing the bike as an "opportunity" to rebuild better, stronger, faster....(oh wait that is supposed to be you...lol)
At my age, it's gonna take \\;longer for me to heal stronger and faster. Hell, I'll be happy when I get back to normal.LOL. I'm hoping to get the Glide fixed as soon as possible. That's my primary transportation in the non-winter months.
Glad to hear your ok. like everyone said, the bike can be fixed!
keep your head up and I hope everything works out with the insurance and the repairs. this is just a reminder, no matter how careful we are all it takes is one teeny tiny mistake...
hope your wounds heal fast bro
Yeah - \\;those blind curves inhale vigorously (suck!) - ya never know when they are gonna come wandering in front of you.

Glad your still on the right side of the grass! Now you have time to actually look through the entire Drag Specialties catalog! Good luck with the ins. co. Heal quickly.
