Default Well, it finally happened

After over 35 yrs. of riding, I went down with my RG. On my way to work, stopped raining, was early so I decided to go for a cruise on some back road I hadn't explored yet. Came up on this **** on the road and ther was a turned that should have been marked. Ried to slow down, but I just slid into a yard and went down. We both did a nose dive. Whole right side is pretty f***ed up. Just got home from the hospital. Messed up my ankle and shoulder. I cried when I looked at the RG. It's alot worse than I am. Gonna take pics and try to post them. Tomorrow call the insurance co. and the local Harley shop.&nbsp\\;

Glad to hear your not in worse shape.&nbsp\\; The bike can be fixed...people are harder to fix.
&nbsp\\;
Heal up fast...Think of fixing the bike as an "opportunity" to rebuild better, stronger, faster....(oh wait that is supposed to be you...lol)

At my age, it's gonna take&nbsp\\;longer for me to heal stronger and faster. Hell, I'll be happy when I get back to normal.LOL. I'm hoping to get the Glide fixed as soon as possible. That's my primary transportation in the non-winter months.

Yeah -&nbsp\\;those blind curves inhale vigorously (suck!) - ya never know when they are gonna come wandering in front of you.
