i'll be contributing also. this forum has already saved me $$ and headaches. the stealer doesn't know $hit. i went in and asked if there was a wire harness on my bike for the detach toupak. they hadn't the first clue about it. they were gonna sell me a bunch of wire ends and stuff. i was just gonna forget bout it till i got on here and found out it was wireloomed and wiretied under the left side panel.......my thanks to HDFORUMS!!!

Not everybody has a feel for torque.A lot of people have done the same thing it is called overtightening.Good Luck

I had a torque wrench, I have the manual. Bolts snap.
