Was at my dealer the other day.

They said an in the know factory rep was in who said the only changes to the 09 touring models were a 180 rear tire and saddle bags that \\;somehow enclose or cover the exhaust.
The FLHTCU already has a 180 tire and has had since 04. Reps are notorious for spreading untrue rumors on purpose to keep from telling people they cant tell them. But you never know. I heard for example in 04 a CVO FATBOY would be out in 05 and so it was.Hit the website on 22 July and we will find out for sure.
What the hell are you talking about Mack. Since 04, the entire FLHT line, including the SE, \\;has been running the MU series rear tire which is equivalent to a 140.
Mack, musta been a typo cause my 08 Ultra ain't got no 180 rubber on the rear. No matter how much air I pump in there it ain't no 180.[sm=confused06.gif]
About time for a fatter rear tire..... I don't think you'll see much of it or much difference but its still long overdue as was the 6 speed and IMO the bigger motor.
