Hey guys,
I \\;have been reading all the posts on fairings &\\; looking to get one for rk custom. I am trying to decide \\;witch one to get. My problem is I am only 5' 6" &\\; worried I wont be able to see over it. Is one lower than the other? I saw \\;wide open custom plastics makes one \\;thats angled back and hoppe makes a sport model. I spoke to dead center today &\\; they dont make a \\;sport model. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks.
I got the Dead Center. \\; Primarily for the lock. \\; All about same size. \\; No problem seeing through, over them. \\; Different size windshields easy to change. \\; You'll love it. \\; I do. \\; Sorry no pix, it's at the painter.
used H-D fairings from the 80s are great and cheap. \\; I got mine on eBay for $200 and took 2 minutes to install. It's identical to current H-D fairings but uses stock RK headlight nacelle and has no provisions for radios.
