CARB approvals

Did anyone notice the approval of a 440 kg or 970 LB HD, last friday?&nbsp\\; I would say the trike is here!

So it was.&nbsp\\; This might be the new Touring model FLHTCUH that people were talking aabout.

What am I missing - last year, for 2008 model year, the CARB document for touring bikes listed ALL bikes at 490kg = 1080 pounds&nbsp\\;- maybe they weigh the crate they come in?
